from the finest
wood solids, veneers, and
engineered cores for structural
stability.
Stiles, rails, and panels are plain sliced
veneer laminated
onto a wheat board
core (low formaldehyde) to insure
stability and
durability, eliminating panel splitting and
minimizing expansion and
contraction. Stiles, rails,
and bladder formed veneer
panels are constructed not
to warp, split, or crack. Our
stiles, rails, and panels
are consistent in graining and
color, creating a beautiful
finished door.
Lag Bolt Construction: Lag bolts are bored in
from
the edge of the door to tightly
join the stiles and rails.
These metal bolts are
considerably stronger than
wood dowels used by most
manufacturers.

Knotty Alder, Cherry, Walnut or Mahogany

The wood in these doors comes from
well managed forests, independently
certified in accordance with the
rules
of the Forest Stewardship
Council.
 Every
door goes through a 3-stage sanding process - the last stage of
which a through inspection and sanding by hand to eliminate the
cross-grain scratches that automated sanding machines make. By
removing these blemishes, we give you a clean door that is virtually
ready to stain and finish with minimal follow-up sanding. In
addition, doors are examined under ultra violet light so that glue
residue can be spotted and removed before shipment. All this extra
care sets us apart from others in the industry and reduces the time
and expense of on-site work. |
