Bi-folds, folding or stacking patio doors

Our craftsmen built high quality bi-fold
doors suit almost any opening. We
use hardware systems from Centor
Architectural. Their top grade
hardware creates smooth motion,
fingertip operation. Phirst
& Lassing™
folding wood door systems are built with
Hoppe multipoint locking hardware for
added security. While offering
security in the locked position, the
manual tongues retract when opened giving
a smooth clean appearance. Top and
bottom tongues engage by lifting the door
handle when closed.

wood in these doors comes from
well managed forests, independently
certified in accordance with the
rules
of the Forest Stewardship
Council.
Shipped
broken down for on-site assembly.
The frame and door panels are
pre-drilled with hardware and weather
stripping already attached. The frame is
broken down into its four pieces (header,
two jambs and threshold) and panels are
shipped individually.
No sun exposure warranty
Phirst & Lassing™
does not warranty a wood panel from warping which is subject to direct sun
exposure. The industry rule of thumb is that a southern and western exposure
requires 100 percent overhang, i.e. 8' door requires an 8' overhang; eastern
and northern exposures requires 50 percent overhang.

Triple Set Folding mahogany
doors are available
in either 6'8" or 8' door heights and come standard
with a pre-installed Hoppe multi-point lock
system.
