After I had exhausted trying to get these custom door units fabricated from Pella, Pozzi, and Marvin, I did not have much hope that you would be able to provide these units for us. As you know, these units have been installed and I could not be happier. The quality, fit, and finish of these highly custom units is the best I have seen. Over the past twelve years we have bought window and door packages from many of the well known manufacturer. In every case, we had to follow up with the supplier, providing them with numerous up-dated punch lists, and had to stay on top of them to get those items completed. You are the only millwork supplier that has ever proactively, gone to our job site to see if the order was complete and as ordered.
