I wanted to send a special thanks to you for helping us with the Hurd window and custom door order for the Powell job.  After I had exhausted trying to get these custom door units fabricated from Pella, Pozzi, and Marvin, I did not have much hope that you would be able to provide these units for us.  As you know, these units have been installed and I could not be happier.  The quality, fit, and finish of these highly custom units is the best I have seen.

Over the past twelve years we have bought window and door packages from many of the well known manufacturer.  In every case, we had to follow up with the supplier, providing them with numerous up-dated punch lists, and had to stay on top of them to get those items completed.  You are the only millwork supplier that has ever proactively, gone to our job site to see if the order was complete and as ordered.  Your follow through after the sale has been immediate, complete and done with a smile. 

You have done something that rarely happens.  You exceeded my expectations.  Your professionalism, honesty, and absolute top-quality customer service has been nothing less than superior.  I look forward to working with you on our future projects.
