Rooms filled with natural light and fresh air are more beautiful, spacious and uplifting to our spirits.  Daylight is the essential element that transforms conventional rooms into splendid spaces that add value and quality to our homes and to our lives.

For simple, quick installation, a SUN TUNNEL™ can easily provide natural light in smaller bathrooms, entry areas or hallways, pantries, walk-in closets or other smaller, confined areas.  They feature flexible tunnels that fit around virtually any obstructions from the roof to the ceiling.

The SUN TUNNEL™ is the easiest, most affordable way to add style, beauty and value to your home. It offers the perfect solution for hallways, bathrooms, walk-in-closets — anywhere that would benefit from natural light, but does not require a view to the world.

One of the key components in The SUN TUNNEL™ system is its fully patented, flexible, reflective tunnel. This tunnel is similar in structural design to the tubing used for many decades in the heating and air conditioning industry and can be found in commercial businesses, high-rise buildings, hospitals, schools, and residential homes throughout North America and many other parts of the world.

SUN TUNNEL™ has taken this time-proven technology used by air conditioning and heating contractors to provide comfortable living, and added a space-age U.V.-proof liner to the inside in order to channel sunlight efficiently through attics to dark rooms all over the world. The clear dome on the roof is made from U.V. resistant materials, nearly eliminating harmful U.V. rays before they can even reach the tunnel, which guarantees that the flexible tunnel will perform for many years to come.

The ability to flex around almost any attic obstruction without the need for elbows or extensions means that SUN TUNNEL™ skylights can be efficiently and economically installed in places no other tubular product can reach. Naturally, the shorter, tighter and straighter you install the tunnel, the better the performance, but SUN TUNNEL™ skylights are installed every week in hard-to-reach areas, sometimes with 90-degree bends in the tunnel, and are still performing well.

Flexible SUN TUNNEL™ skylights are available in 14” or 22” diameters.  The 22" diameter SUN TUNNEL™ is the largest on the market today and will brighten even the largest rooms in your home.  The flexible tunnel passes all ignition, flammability and smoke density testing requirements necessary to meet National Building Codes standards across the United States.  Rigid models in 10” or 14” sizes are also available for installations that require longer tunnel length or for installation with a Northern exposure.  A 10” or 14” rigid sun tunnel is nearly as bright as a 22” flexible tunnel.  The rigid tubing gives the greatest light brightness and dispersion.  Both flexible and rigid SUN TUNNEL™ skylights  are available with optional electric light kits allowing your SUN TUNNEL™ to be a source of illumination at night.  It installs in minutes inside the tunnel just above the diffuser.  Whether you have a shingle, shake or tile roof, a SUN TUNNEL™ is sure to add natural light to places you thought were impossible. Impact models are available for hurricane prone areas.

Installation is a snap with the Sun Tunnel's Snap-Ring!

The SUN TUNNEL™  is the most versatile, affordable, and energy-efficient way to brighten dark spaces. The Snap-Ring assembly system eliminates several steps in the installation process so that you can add natural sunlight to your home with just a few simple steps:

1. Install decorative white ceiling ring and attach the patented flexible tunnel.

2. Install the roof assembly, pull the tunnel from ceiling through opening, and secure tunnel with "Snap-Ring."

3. Slide the polished, stainless steel collar into place and attach the UV dome.

4. Insert prismatic light diffuser into ceiling ring inside room. Trim excess tunnel from rooftop assembly.

5. Attach the dome on the roof assembly and you're done!  Now you can start enjoying the beauty of natural light created by your own handiwork.
